Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Leadership

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.

  • Drive market positioning, brand awareness, and customer engagement across schools, educators, parents, and institutional partners.

  • Identify growth opportunities within the EdTech and K-12 ecosystem.

AI-Driven Marketing & Automation

  • Leverage AI tools and marketing automation platforms to improve campaign efficiency and personalization.

  • Implement AI-powered lead nurturing, CRM workflows, predictive analytics, and customer segmentation.

  • Use AI-driven insights for improving campaign performance, engagement, and conversion rates.

  • Explore emerging AI technologies for content generation, customer interaction, and marketing intelligence.

Growth & Demand Generation

  • Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, social media, webinars, influencer collaborations, and content marketing.

  • Drive B2B lead generation for school partnerships and institutional collaborations.

  • Optimize customer acquisition funnels and improve conversion metrics.

Brand & Communication

  • Strengthen Get Set Learn’s positioning in AI education, future skills, and K-12 transformation.

  • Lead PR, thought leadership, events, partnerships, and communication strategies.

  • Ensure brand consistency across digital, offline, and partner channels.

Product Marketing & Go-to-Market

  • Collaborate with product and academic teams to launch new programs and AI learning initiatives.

  • Build GTM strategies, messaging frameworks, and market penetration campaigns.

  • Support sales teams with presentations, brochures, case studies, and marketing collateral.

Team Leadership

  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team.

  • Manage agencies, external partners, and technology vendors.

  • Foster a data-driven, agile, and innovation-led marketing culture.

Analytics & Performance

  • Own marketing KPIs including CAC, ROI, lead generation, engagement, conversion, and retention metrics.

  • Develop dashboards and performance reporting frameworks for leadership reviews.

  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets effectively.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • 8–11 years of progressive marketing experience with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.

  • Prior experience in the EdTech, Education, K-12, Learning, or SaaS industry is mandatory.

  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, growth marketing, brand strategy, and AI-enabled marketing technologies.

  • Experience working with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.

  • Proven ability to scale brand presence and lead generation in high-growth environments.
