Instructional Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of lessons, activities, and assessments aligned with NEP 2020, NCF, and SDG-linked priorities.

• Curriculum design as per NEP 2020 and global standards and mapping to the same

• Ensure strong alignment between learning objectives, pedagogy, activities, and assessments.

• Apply experiential, learner-centric, and inquiry-driven approaches purposefully.

• Develop and review learning materials, teacher guides, assessment and other resources.

• Ensure age-appropriateness, conceptual accuracy, and cognitive load balance.

• Identify and resolve instructional gaps or misalignments.

• Work closely with academic, editorial, media, and delivery teams to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Degree or postgraduate diploma in Instructional Design, Education, or related fields.

• B.Sc/ M.Sc./ B.Tech/ M.Tech - STEM background preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 4-6years of experience in instructional design, learning design, or content development.

• Preferred: Experience with K–12 and/or STEM-related programmes.
